Limnology Researcher to Speak at August Meeting

Noah Lottig, PhD, Research Scientist with the UW–Madison Center for Limnology, will provide an overview of his research and field questions. Noah is based at Trout Lake Station in northern Wisconsin, where his work focuses on understanding Wisconsin’s lakes through long-term monitoring, research, and the development of new technologies for collecting lake data.

We combine fisheries biology, water quality monitoring, and fundamental aquatic research with cutting-edge technologies to enhance our stewardship of water. We work alongside academic, agency, and lake stakeholders to translate discoveries into real-world, data-driven outcomes.

The presentation will be followed by the general membership meeting, including a call for any last minute nominations for a Lake Stewardship award.
